Design Challenges & Solutions.
Working below ground level in Serbia requires expert knowledge of local soil conditions and drainage requirements. Our primary objective was to eliminate humidity and ensure optimal air quality. We designed custom light wells (English courtyards) that flood the space with natural light, transforming a traditionally dark basement into a vibrant, breathable environment.
Technical Excellence.
This project highlights our engineering prowess in structural reinforcements and advanced waterproofing systems. We integrated a robust HVAC and humidity control network, essential for preserving luxury finishes in lower-level environments. By focusing on the «Bones» of the building, we ensure that the artisan materials applied in later stages remain pristine, protecting the client’s investment for decades.
