A basement should be a high-functioning extension of the home’s primary living areas. In this project, we focused on «Intelligent Zoning,» turning a vast, undifferentiated lower level into a series of curated luxury experiences, ranging from high-tech entertainment to private wellness zones.
Design Challenges & Solutions.
The challenge lay in creating distinct zones—a home cinema, a professional-grade gym, and a climate-controlled wine cellar-within a single floor plate. Our architects used «Flow-Based Planning,» utilizing architectural glass and multi-level flooring to define areas without the use of heavy, light-blocking walls. This approach maintains an expansive feel while providing the necessary privacy for each function.
Technical Excellence.
Each zone required specific technical tailoring. The home cinema features high-end acoustic engineering with hidden sound absorption panels, while the wine cellar is equipped with precision climate-control systems for vintage preservation. We focused on «Sourcing Excellence,» selecting materials that provide both aesthetic beauty and functional durability for high-traffic wellness and entertainment areas.
The Turnkey Result.
