The project’s complexity stemmed from irregular roof pitches and limited natural light. Our design solution involved the strategic installation of oversized skylights and the creation of an open-plan mezzanine that celebrates the vertical volume. We transformed «dead zones» under the eaves into bespoke storage systems, ensuring that the attic remains functional while retaining its airy, premium feel.
Technical Excellence.
Engineering for attics requires meticulous attention to thermal dynamics and HVAC integration. We implemented a specialized climate control system designed for top-floor environments and utilized advanced insulation materials to ensure year-round comfort. The aesthetic is defined by Artisan Decoration, featuring custom-forged metalwork and reclaimed wood flooring that pays homage to the «Loft» heritage while maintaining an elite finish.
